Blake Bronson-Bartlett is associate editor at the Mark Twain Papers and Project (UC, Berkeley). He has taught a range of courses on American literatures in the US and abroad. His research and writings mainly focus on the nineteenth-century US, though his interests in the history of the book and writing practices have begun to lead him elsewhere. He is the creator/editor of Mabbott Poe, a digital resource on the papers of Poe scholar and editor Thomas Ollive Mabbott. He has participated in several collaborative translations from French, Haitian Creole, and German, in addition to his independent translations.
